As Senior Vice President and Head of Sales at Delaware Life, Curt is a seasoned industry leader with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Curt is responsible for setting the vision and strategy for a team of internal and external wholesalers who assist financial professionals with retirement income planning strategies focused on risk management, distribution, and tax planning.

Curt oversees the National Sales Consulting (NSC) team at Delaware Life, composed of highly educated members with advanced financial planning, insurance, tax, and law degrees. The NSC team collaborates with sales to support income planning strategies for financial professionals.

Before joining Delaware Life, Curt held various leadership positions, including product management with a large broker-dealer firm, senior sales and relationship management roles with asset managers and insurance companies, and an executive leadership position with a major financial planning software company. He has also held several securities licenses and served as a past board member of the Insured Retirement Institute.

Curt received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He lives in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, with his wife of 36 years and their four children.
