AM Best Revises Outlook to Positive for Group 1001 Insurance’s Life & Annuity Companies; A- Financial Strength Rating (FSR) Affirmed
AM Best has revised its outlook to “Positive” from “Stable” for the following subsidiaries of Group 1001 Insurance Holdings, LLC: Delaware Life Insurance Company, Clear Spring Life and Annuity Company, and Gainbridge Life Insurance Company.
According to the report from AM Best, the positive outlook reflects the companies’ strong level of risk-adjusted capitalization and consistent execution of their business strategy.
“This positive outlook from AM Best is a strong acknowledgement of our financial discipline and strategic consistency,” said Linda Wang, Chief Financial Officer and President, Group 1001 Life & Annuity. “This outlook reflects the hard work of our teams and our commitment to long-term stability, strategic growth, and delivering value to our policyholders.”
In addition to revising the companies’ outlook to positive, AM Best also affirmed the companies’ A- (Excellent) financial strength rating (FSR).
