Josh Noe is a facilitator, a helper, and a coach at heart. As your hybrid wholesaler with Delaware Life, he brings preparation, consistency, and follow-through, so advisors get clear answers and a partner who shows up.

Josh's path to Delaware Life was built on helping others succeed. After earning bachelor's degrees in Human Resource Management and Management from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, he built his career in corporate training, development, and consulting. Since joining Delaware Life in 2024, Josh has moved up the ranks from internal sales consultant to Pod Captain and now to hybrid wholesaler.

For Josh, this work is personal. "Longevity runs in my mom's side of the family. Some of my relatives lived into their 100s. I saw that how well they planned shaped the kind of life they got to live in those later years. I've always liked helping people, and I believe this industry can be a noble profession when it's done well. That's why I'm here."

Josh believes clients buy outcomes, not products. That's why he starts by listening to what matters to you and your clients, then follows through with resources and case support. That approach is working. Through August 2026, FIA sales across his Michigan and Eastern Pennsylvania territories grew by an average of about 88% compared with the same period last year.

Outside of supporting advisors, Josh is a lifelong learner who earned a leadership certificate from Dale Carnegie Training. He enjoys time with friends and family, including his English Bulldog puppy, Jolene, and loves live music, being outdoors, and finding the fun in just about anything.
