Steven Noonan joins us as Regional Vice President for Delaware Life. With 38 years in the financial industry, Steven has found success by building strong, trust-based relationships with advisors, and he will continue to collaborate with advisors in Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. He has previously worked for New York Life, The Hartford, MetLife, and Crossroads Capital Group, and most recently, Equitable.
A graduate of West Virginia University, Steven brings deep expertise in building high-producing territories for a variety of firms while increasing market penetration. He has a broad, multi-channel background representing a wide range of financial strategies. His efforts are focused on building relationships with financial professionals, adding value to their practices, and partnering with them on strategic marketing and team development. Steven is also a dynamic public speaker, addressing large groups of financial professionals and their clients.
Steven resides in Sammamish, Washington, with his wife, Lisa, where they have made their home for the past 30 years. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising, traveling, golfing, snowboarding, and fishing.
